She is a snake in the grass. Really nice until she gets your money then your check engine light comes on a few weeks later. You should be very careful who you speak to so nasty. It's a ghetto place I should have known better. If you want a reliable car you have a better chance of finding one on craigslist. There's your review lady

Be very careful dealing with these people, specifically the owner Mary Smith. She is either sloppy and careless, or she's completely dishonest. Paperwork misfiled or incorrect, expected my wife to sign a blank work order for repairs covered by the warranty (the warranty was incorrect and had the wrong mileage on it), vehicle had a passing inspection from her "garage" despite a number of potentially dangerous issues with the brakes and sway bar links, held the registration under her name until she was forced by the state troopers to change it... She also swore at my wife, called her some pretty rotten names, and screamed like a mad woman (all of this was in front of the troopers btw). It's a bizarre way to conduct business. We've been trying for two weeks to fix the issues with the bad automobile she sold us, and has been at best obstinate and unprofessional the entire time. Believe every bad review you read about this place. These people don't deserve your money or your trust. Stay far away.

RECORD EVERY INTERACTION WITH THESE PEOPLE. I'm so glad I did. They are not truthful at all. They lie, procrastinate, and belittle. Absolutely everything wrong with this vehicle and the situation was "our fault". Literally everything. They even lied to the dmv saying we never came back for our refund...NO MARY, YOU TOLD US YOU WONT DO ANYTHING UNTIL THE DMV OR OUR LAWYER HANDED YOU PAPERWORK. we were with out a vehicle for a total of 2 months, and Mary knew our situation and how badly we needed to get a car after being screwed around with best buy auto. I. Can see why her husband(the original owner) doesn't own the company anymore. The DMV complaint devision seemed to know exactly who start fresh cars was. That tells you something. Our situation was not resolved. If I could give zero stars, I would. Will never shop here again. We were sold a very unsafe vehicle that ILLEGALLY passed inspection. I'd be VERY cautious with these people. Make sure to bring the car to a trusted shop to fully inspect it before buying. Our case is currently being taken care of so I'm not worried, but please be very careful. I highly recommend you look else where. Oh, and their way of fixing our exhaust is to put a MONSTER CAN on it. LIKE WHAT. And any mechanic knows, you can't touch the converter. They welded it 3 TIMES and finally put welders tape around it to hold 🥴
