I usually love Arbys and am an avid fan of the food overall but this location is becoming a joke. I order and have it delivered and my order is always wrong or I’m missing something. I’ve been missing marinara, sandwiches, and even fries. I’ve had no marinara with my Mozzarella sticks at least 3 times now. Here’s a thought, stop charging a fortune for your food if your employees are having such a hard time even managing to attempt their job. It’s always a waste of money and I’m tired of it. You should hire new employees who actually will do their jobs because this has been a trend for months now with this location and you are going to close down just like the rest of them if you keep going like this. And actually do something about it for once instead of giving us all robotic automatic responses. Your establishment is becoming an embarrassment.

Had a Doordash meal from them that was missing items. I called them to see.if they were still at store. They were apologetic and made new, fresh items and my driver picked them.up for me.

Ordered a half pound beef and cheddar meal, large fries and lemonade. Got a regular size, plain roast beef sandwich, medium sides.
