tldr: I'd give six stars if I could. Honest, fast, knowledgeable, friendly and very reasonable prices. (Price was so reasonable I paid a 33% extra to say "thanks") Quint took my rush job and hit it out of the park, finished a day earlier than quoted. Turned out to be something simple and he could have charged me much more, but didn't. I usually work on my own stuff but this time I couldn't. Really glad to know there's a PC repair place I can trust in town! Thanks again Clint!

Yes, it is time for a new printer. Ink jet printers are, sadly, not worth fixing. This is why there are no inkjet repair shops anymore. Printers are inexpensive, as they make their money on the ink. Hope this helps!
