I visited the location to receive information about the property availability. The consultant ""Temeka ""was nice and was able to provide me with info on how to apply. HOWEVER after this time I had a hard time applying on the website they essentially stole 50 dollars from me because the site had technical issues and would not accept any other application info. I communicated this to the consultant via email but after which she never responded only until after I told her to cancel my application. On top of the fact the type of property I asked for did not show in the "system"" I had to apply for a 3 bedroom even though I asked for a two just to get an application in. I also went in to get assistance with the technical issue and was advised the she was in the meeting the same day I applied. Several days later I found a new apartment and applied and everything was taken care of in 48 hours. The entire experience was unorganized and confusing and not very pleasant. I never got to apply essentially and they took my $50!

This is the worst place to live they sit outside your home and mark down every lil thing. Then they go write you a long letter,and go to the post office and send it to you. Certify and mail to you. And that's what the HOA dues is for not to improve the neighborhood.

Lived here for years and i have NEVER seen it look so good!! They recently had ppl power washing and I'm not sure if they painted to but it looks great.Thank you so much Tameka and guys. I feel better about where I live now and that Makes a huge difference!!! ~Mary

Rats in the walls stayed here for 3 years terrible terrifying place to stay with my little kids … rats running around everywhere! I hate this place thank god I’ moved trash everywhere this place is like baby Haiti or a slummed out African town don’t move here you will thank me later
