current residents as of 12/2020, what is the area like? I can’t afford to be picky because of a prior eviction but I do have a 2 year old want to make sure I will be safe. will I be okay here for 6 months?

How was the process regarding your eviction. I have one that’s paid off but it’s not older than two years. Do you think it’s worth applying ?

I'm there often due to work. My clients have reported at least 2 break in's since November.. some units have a lot of wear and tear (leaky pipes, mold, a/c not working) , some seem fine. During the day, I don't see too much going on. Idk what's it like at night. They had some staffing issues due to covid but the lady that's there now seems nice enough. It's basically hood but I would raise my kids there and feel reasonably safe.

My son and daughter in law live there with our grands. We have walked then around and feel safe.
