I've been here for over a year... They will work with you if you fall on hard times. Ditto to the above. I have a 2/2.5 and pay $1100 including water/trash/sewer. Anytime I have an issue, they come quickly. I love EVERY ONE in the office. They know me by name because I'm forever in there looking for cookies! 🤷🏾♀️ COME ON OVER. Tell them Brigette sent you!
I pay 926.00 including water, sewer and trash. I also have a fireplace it is totally renovated. Everything is new. No crime that i see. All the ladies in leasing office are very nice. I love my place.

They're pretty nice for the price..idk house much the one bedrooms are.. but the overall area is nice and quiet.. and yes the water is included..I had one minor problem with my a.c but they replathe unit pretty quick.. if you call try and get sheresse or Angela they're pretty good

They are if you don't mind calling the damn leasing office everyday about your A.C not working and dealing with trash always being outside!
I love my 900 Bldg. When I was on the other side, not happy because of trash at my door. There is always a backup of trash only because of the trifling tenants who refuses to use the compactor! I've been here for 4+ years, and the Office come quickly when I place a service call. I like it here, for now. But, I'm planning to move to a house/condo in 2021.
