I applied for a apartment on the 23rd of August it is now October or 16 I've been approved since october 1st all of the fees have been paid.... and I'm still waiting for a move in date but all i keep hearing is that the supervisor is the only one who can send u the welcome letter, I was relocating from a whole diffrent state but to my surprise I never get any returned calls still have not received that email and now I'm sleeping in my car because I dont have a apartment at this point I'm about to ask that all my money is returned to me the application fee and administration fee of 200

This apartment complex is in horrible conditions, the apartment is uninhabitable with mold growing up the wall and still they have not done anything about it! And now you want to evict me for not paying rent REALLY

Worst place I have ever lived in my life. From rats, to mold, to raw sewage flowing outside for 4 months, to add the trash cans outside overflowing with trash. Maybe if this place was offering free rent it might be bearable to live here. One good thing is Marta bus stop is right outside.
