Both Florida and GA have a hardship License program. However, the qualifications for each differ. I am not sure. I believe that since it is your FL license that is suspended you would have to qualification for the FL hardship license program, and not the GA one. You shouldn't be responsible for anything lost by the mail service. Contact the DDS if you don't receive it within 3 weeks (this may vary by location) and they should send you a replacement.
