I moved in here in january when i got here my apt was clean but the kichen appliances had not been replaced the refrigerator makes noise, the stove looks like it has been beaten up, and i have complained numerous of times concerning the neighbor above me of how noisy her and the man she has living with her, he takes up two parking spaces on tge front of the building and keeps the cars parked there but he is not a tenant but i am and cannot park in front of my own place! The office staff has done nothing but lie to mei get up at four in tge morning so hearing the noise is very annoying to me! Its also slow getting repairs done as well! I should only have to call one time only not four or five times! My rent is on time but due to the water bill which is too high i probably will be leaving soon if im paying this much i should receive my money's worth and im not! Your screening of people is terrible!

If you move into this place, be ready to have your packages stolen. My brother has been living here with a friend for a couple of weeks while visiting from Chile. I mailed him a large box full of presents to take back home for Christmas. The USPS shows the box was delivered into one of the lockers that can only be accessed with a key. When my brother went to the office to inquire about it, the property manager told him the package was stolen and there's nothing they could do. I also called because I couldn't understand how a package could be stolen from a locker but she was very unpleasant and rude. She told my brother that several other packages were also stolen and that they couldn't do anything. Isn't there cameras? How does someone steal from lockers that can only be opened with a key? Doesn't this place have some kind of insurance claim they could do if other packages were also stolen??? No sympathy whatsoever! I even emailed corporate asking for help but no response!!

THE MOST unhelpful staff I’ve ever encountered. When I got my lease approved was the only time I could see the actual apartment so I decided to tour it before the move in. There were bugs EVERYWHERE and my move in date was just a few days away so I asked for pest control and my unit to be cleaned….I waited until 5pm On my designated date to move in only for nothing to be done. I asked for a rent credit for having to clean my unit as well as pest control and got neither. Yesterday I received a notification from my mail carrier that a package had been delivered to the office so I called and Tomorrow answered the phone only to tell me it wasn’t there….I asked her multiple times if she was sure and described the sizing of the package and she told me there was nothing for me. Only for me to walk all the way over to the office and my package being maybe 10 feet in front of her the entire time. The bugs and ROACHES are ridiculous. We pay for pest control but when I asked to be treated over two weeks ago no one came by and Destiny claimed she would get back with me at that time and never did…. It just feels like there’s no way to win here.

Although we were closed, the Assistant Property Manager was in the office, and we understand your payment was accepted at the office on time, as a courtesy. Please keep in mind, going forward, we do have several options for you to pay your rent, for your convenience. You may pay via the online resident portal, 24-hours a day, mail your check or money order into the office (as long as it arrives by the 3rd), or hand it personally to a representative during office hours. In the event the 3rd does fall on a Sunday going forward, please keep in mind we may not be available to collect your rental payment in person, so arrangements should be made accordingly to ensure it is paid by no later than the 3rd.
