Granite Crossing Apartments

I made a post a few weeks ago that is now not showing up. But I am a current tenant and have been here since 2020 and I now hate it. They can’t keep anyone in the leasing office you can’t reach the property management company. The new property manager Krystal has a horrible attitude and seems as if everyone gets on her nerves when I pay my money every month. They also don’t fix a thing a in a timely matter. My washer that is included in my lease has been out for 8 months and I gave up and call GE myself and they told me that Krystal sent them to another unit for the appointment I myself scheduled after I went to her multiple times about it. It is exhausting living here and I would advise any and everybody to reconsider.

Phenomenal Woman

First off I will say these are really nice apartments and I was very interested in finding out more information about them to possibly rent in the future but unfortunately whoever answered the phone this afternoon quickly changed my mind. I wasn’t able to get her name but when she answered the phone her tone wasn’t welcoming at all. She sounded as though I was bothering her, she wasn’t even professional enough to offer follow up information or additional assistance. I hope future potential tenants won’t experience the same, and as nice as these apartments are it’s unfortunate that they have someone like that representing them. My sister has been living in this complex for 2 years and every year in the summertime her air condition messes up where it blows out hot air but they can't fix it my niece and my sister has bronchitis whenever I go over there I can never stay in the more than 20 minutes it'd be 100 degrees outside is 80 inside her apartment I just feel like if the maintenance man can I fix it why not call it professional

If I could give them zero stars i would. Why do these peaple get hired when they are bias against the community they "serve". The leasing agents are modern to lower wages just as the community at Granite crossing is. Mel Rouse, you and your disrespectful leasing agent can go suck a egg . Rouse said she did not know if she will still be employed at Granite Crossing in 2022, GREAT ! I hope you and your mean As### leasing agent are not there. BYE
