The roaches are a serious problem here and for $1405 I should not be seeing not one roach 😡😡😡. The mold here is also a serious problem as well we. We have to wipe down the vents and around the windows at least once a month. It definitely can be better. For the most part I have ok neighbors besides the couple who stays arguing outside and have the police over here between once or twice a week.

The worse place in life to live. The office staff is rude and unprofessional, and the maintenance man Boris is a joke. The roaches outnumber the tenants, and the garbage compactor is always broke, so the garbage look as if you are living at the city dump. I had to call the code enforcement just to get a lot of things done in my apartment that they charge you for in your lease. So my suggestion to you is RUN as fast as you can from this complex. If I could have given them a -10 I would have.
