This review is based on whomever answers the phone.. my physician is amazing and very patient with me.. however the secretary or whomever is tasked with answering the phone is extremely unprofessional and very rude. She absolutely should not be the first person you speak with when contacting this office. She speaks to you in a way that she must feel like she's being bothered to do her job. In return she speaks to you like your an idiot. Not very comforting.

I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism this place has resorted to. Kicked me off as a patient claiming that it was because I kept requesting telehealth appointments. If I wasn’t allowed to do that, why not tell me? Why even set them up in the past with me to begin with if Dr. Amy isn’t allowed to? Seems pretty irresponsible on her behalf, doesn’t it? A letter/voicemail was also claimed to have been sent; I don’t know who it went to, but it never came to me. Dr. Amy is rude, and my medications were never filled in a timely matter. The staff turnover rate is extremely high. Which is a shame, because I loved Dr. Ellis, and don’t even know why I was moved to Amy to begin with. No communication skills whatsoever; absolutely useless. Stay away from this place.

Worst treatment by a medical practice we've ever been to, and were basically pushed away because they didn't know how to help us. My husband has other issues which are serious & they took no time to understand his conditions. Nice at first but then extremely rude, unwilling to read comprehend or help, and completely unknowledgeable about anything lab related, or pertaining to anything prenatal. The doctor referred us to a specialist that we do not need & we were told that by the specialist they don't know why we were even calling. NSB Wellness Center cancelled our appointment to speak to the Dr. The day before because the Dr. didn't find it important enough to be on his schedule, and then my husband was thanked for looking for a different primary care provider. I've never had less faith in the medical community than I do now. Extremely disappointed that this is how NSB Wellness Center treats patients and their potential new ones. Don't bother going because you'll either be misdiagnosed or referred incorrectly. This is both my husband and my experience.
