The lab is in need of a new supervisor as Stephanie is clearly unstable. I'm not sure why I was put on hold because when Stephanie came on the phone she stated the same thing the previous ten people I spoke to in the previous two hours and it was not helpful or resolved any issues. When I asked her why I was placed on hold to speak with her she became extremely insulting and unprofessional. I specifically told her, and the lady before her, that I would be speaking to my doctor regarding not having the capability to have test run that she has ordered because not one lab, including two other laboratories not affiliated to AdventHealth, and my insurance company could answer the questions the doctor or I had about the test. (The inability for anyone to get together and actually come up with some answers must require rocket science education.) My husband was even astonished at how aggressive and threatening her demeanor was over the phone. After making the comment about speaking to my doctor Stephanie then proceeded to become agrumentive, threatening, and aggressive to the point she inappropriately ran to my doctor's office and slandered my name giving false information regarding this incident. This incident will be reported as I believe her behavior does not exhibit the values and commitment to patients as AdventHealth likes to portray to the public. I'm sure if she speaks to me this way I can just imagine how she treats those employees she is supposed to be managing. I will keep those poor souls in my prayers because they need it being around her with her ignorance and unprofessionalism.

I had a patient with severe wounds on his legs and told him to go to the emergency room to have them looked at so the patient went to New Smyrna Beach Hospital and they said there's nothing we can do and sent him away so when I heard this I told the patient to go to a real Hospital in Daytona Beach and the hospital found a vascular surgeon for the patient to fix his circulation otherwise he would have lost both his legs and yet New Smyrna Beach Hospital said there's nothing we can do
