The monthly rent is around $620 and includes, water, sewer, garbage, park internet and amenities. Really worth it as you don't have to pay taxes!

Hello Shirl, we do not have any RV rental areas in our community. We have some communities around us that do but we do not know of their availability.
Hello our 2018 community fees are $555 and includes Water, Sewer, Pass Property Taxes & Trash, and use of our community amenities that include Bocce Ball, Pool, Shuffleboard, Billiards, Business Center, Card Room, Clubhouse, Exercise Room, Golf Net, Horseshoes, Laundry Room, Library, Planned Activities, Pet Friendly, Recycling, Security Cameras, and WiFi.

We do not have any rentals through our office. Some of our residents might rent their homes privately. Our pet policy allows for one dog under 25 pounds.

I know they sell homes because my company trims them out. I don't think they rent. And I'm not sure on the rates but I would bet they are reasonable. It's a nice place but not overly nice

A previous answer said 2018 is $550. I am thinking that the next question is how much does it increase per year, on average. It will only go up. However, I live in a patio home in Pelican Bay. It's not cheap in my subdivision, and we only have a pool.
