I was talking to the salesman, Micha k Cabrera for over 2 weeks via phone, text and email regarding a 2023 Summit White Chevy Traverse LT. He knew how interested I was in it and I filled out a credit application and was approved and had everything set for my trade in and everything. He knew I've been having cell phone issues not getting calls, texts, voicemails etc. Because I didn't respond super quick because I happened to be having medical tests done and recently had back surgery and just found out at the surgeons today that I need another surgery they sold the Traverse out from under me. Of course today is the day it came in and I wasn't getting service where I was.

Took Traverse in to have headliner replaced. Jeff Kiel is our service advisor and handled everything for us. We had a loaner for a few days, returned to pick up my Traverse, and we were in and out within 10 minutes. They are customer focused and provide excellent customer service.

I was rear ended on my way to New smyrna beach do they give estimates or can they look at my car tell me if it's safe drive I open up the trunk and it looks like ski slope with spare tire in a upward slant

I'm sure they can tell you if it's safe or not to drive the vehicle. If not then you can always get an estimate on the repairs

Unfortunately it needs to be reset through a GM tool. U might be able to disconnect the power but I'm pretty sure they will need to connect it to their computer program.

Before they work on car do they call to check with warranted to find out if it covers the engine or just do work then call warranted

Hi Joseph, yes they normally will check to see if it is something covered under warranty. Never a bad idea to mention to the service advisor as well if you are thinking of something specific.

Hi Rex, Some of the vehicles are not inspected like that. If they go to auction nothing is touched. The best thing to do is mention those items up front so that they can be returned at the time of the transaction.
