First off I'd like to start by saying that for a traveling construction worker this motel checked off every box I was looking for: price, location, safety, customer service, etc.. The owner and his mother where more than amiable to all my requests, the rooms are better compared to small apartments rather than motel rooms sporting full kitchens and separated bedrooms some with the restroom in the hallway others with the restroom in the bedroom (my friend got his own and had one of these layouts, according to tenants when the current owner took over he got rid of all the undesirable element occupying the premises and additionally installed security cameras all over the premise ( I was skeptical at first but after the first week I realized my truck was as safe there as anywhere else I could park it, safer even), and quiet neighbors. Located off the expressway on Lone Oak Rd. in the heart of Padukah the location isn't more than a 10 min drive to anywhere you want to be: restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc., etc.. I recommend this to any traveler swinging by this part of Kentucky, google says 1 star hotel but this gem is 5 star in my opinion, depending on what you are looking for. I've been here a month already and I've never had an issue, in fact I'm planning on staying here at least another 8 months, until my project ends. For me to stay here instead of locating an apartment really says a lot about the place. I hope this review helps you make a decision whether to stay or not!!!!
