DDS s also can take other documents from the school if you cannot be able to get to the school or the school is closed.Documents they can accept are school ID for 2019 to 2020 unofficial School transcript progress,and report card.
Schools are closed but you can still contact Administration via email. They are there cleaning out classrooms at some schools this week so I'd email or call your child's school.
