I’ve been living at Chelsea Place for about 5 years. Never had any problems. They always respond to my maintenance requests on a timely basis. They are now making the apartment look fresher and welcoming. Looking really nice. The new management team is making a difference. I look forward to what’s to come. It would be nice to have privacy fences on the back patio.

I LOVE THE STAFF! Everyone is so helpful and kind. The office staff is understanding and compassionate. I’ve been here a year about to sign another years lease. The maintenance staff is awesome and they come in timely matter. Overrall if your have open communication your stay will be smooth.
