Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this place because, there staff is rude! And disrespectful... I hade a good experience one time. I did a outstanding review for them on one of my other accounts. Unfortunately I did not get to work with those people anymore I was stuck with ones that do not like their job and you can see it on their face, they are very unhappy. If you ask to have someone else take your vitals. They will embarrasses you to make you file like your the problem. I'm very disappointed, I was told I need to go to my doctor to get a Certificate stating I'm OK to donate because my puls was over 100 BPM when they clearly know there's nothing wrong with me. I just went through their whole process about the same reason a week ago. Now they're making me do it again. So I decided not to wast anymore time here. I have since went to other places with no trouble what so ever. Plus they pay alot more than here!

Go in with your ID and 2 pieces of mail. They get you set up in the system and give you a visa card. When you donate, they put money directly on your card. Immediately. You can donate 2 times a week and each time you get paid

If you're diabetic you can't donatethey have certain qualifications in things and questions that they ask you that you have to fit in order to be able to go and donate the best thing to do is to contact them or go there and find out but I can tell you if your diabetic you can't donate
You have to list it and be screened. So it depends and can even benefit you if you're taking something they would like your plasma to have.

I'm guessing you're asking about requirements to donate. You'll need your ID (drivers license/state id/passport) and your social security card. And you'll definitely want an appointment for your first visit -- it'll take 3 to 4 hours typically from start to finish, but just that first visit. But after that, it will be between 75 mins to 215 mins from start to finish, depending on how busy.

Proof of address could be a post marked piece of mail dated in the past 30 days, a lease or utility bill. As well as a state issued ID or driver's license with you residents on it. No you do not. You will be able to donate the first time with paperwork from social security verifying your identity, however, the next time, you will need it.

Two forms of ID
There's a system after your first four donations. First four tastes are 70 for first two, 60, then 50. After that, it goes by how many times you donate a month starting at 25$ and changes watch time. 30$ second, 20$ third, 40$ for fourth and so on. There's a card there with the pay rates.
The last time I went they asked you for your drivers license, social security card and a piece of mail with your address on it (only if your current address is different from what's on your driver's license).
For the first 4 you get 60. Then it drops to 20 then 35. They have a pay scale sheet you can pick up. If it's your first time make sure you have 3-4 hours to burn there
