Every insurance plan provides different coverages. There is also different contacts lens fittings based on your needs and prescription. The best way to go about it is to call the store and discuss your options once you know who your vision provider is.
Ordered in-store for home delivery took about a week to arrive.
Unfortunately not any more. O ly lions club I'm aware of.
