BIG DISAPPOINTMENT Attempted to buy a pavilion at the New Orleans home show so we could obtain the show discount. We were told by Alex they would have to come out and measure but we would still get the show discount. We were promised she would be out the following Monday. 2 weeks passed and she never showed. I emailed and the owner so she would be out the next day. 2 days later she showed up. Took measurements and said we would have a rendition and price within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I contacted the owner who said she was busy and would have the info to us the next day. Finally 2 days after that we received a price only. No stated size and no rendition. We inquired and were told we had to buy at the show for the discount. Totally different than what we were told at the show. We chose to go with another company and not only did we save $3,000 but we didn’t have to beg anyone to take out money. In 2 weeks time we had our pavilion and it looks great. Don’t waste your time with this company as communications and ethics are very low and disappointing.
