No you do not. You will be able to donate the first time with paperwork from social security verifying your identity, however, the next time, you will need it.

No. You do not need to make an appointment, though it does make things run faster, SOME TIMES! If it's your first time donating, then yes, make an appointment as they stop new walk-ins after ac certain number of people.
