Paid a visit to the Pearle Vision at The Oaks Mall where I was introduced to the store manager, Kenji. Not only was Kenji more than kind, but he clearly prioritized my best interests. I felt that Kenji was motivated by being a truly kind and caring person rather than by the need to make a sale - I appreciated it more than I likely revealed. Thanks for the awesome customer service! EVERYTHING IS DONE VIA TELEMED, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE TECH DOING THE HANDS ON STUFF. THE DR IS TELEMED. MY DAUGHTER WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE VISIT.

My family and I get our glasses at this location and the staff has been so helpful! Kenji has been so awesome and even stayed past closing one night to make sure my husbands glasses were ordered. We would recommend 10/10 to family and friends.

It depends of your picking up contacts, glasses or having lenes installed into a frame. Standard pick up for contacts or glasses is pretty quick maybe 5 minutes. Lens install takes about an hour
If they are glasses purchased at the location, then no. Adjustments and pad and screw replacement are always free. If purchased elsewhere, pads are $5/pair + tx per pair.
