If I could I would put 0, terrible attention and incompetence of the banker and manager, due to a typing error they blocked the account opening and withheld the funds for more than a month, not even an apology.

The online banking banking experience became a totAl nightmare and still is full of glitches. Today I tried to access accounts and it kept opening on a page trying to get a separate account to go paperless. No matter how many times I clicked on choices, nothing happened. The “agreement” page had no “I accept” button anywhere. 4 times and the same thing happened they should have kept the Suntrust online system. It is ridiculous to operate in this manner
