Salvador Avina did a great job, very honest, and delivered the truck at a reasonable time. After searching many dealers, all of them were adding mark up on the price, until I called Chase dealer and was the only one that could do a fair sale, Great dealer, great sales man and outstanding service.

Walked in to the service center without an appointment and stated my truck issue. Abel listened and walked me through the process then shared the possible issues with approximate cost to repair. He called me later in the day to confirm and get approval to fix, we are back rollin'....thx!

My oil change was not very good they didnt.check the air pressure on my tires even though i was told that they do that nor clean my windows and it took N hour after i was told 15 mins plus they did Nothr car first after i was there first not very happy i brought a corvette and expected better service

If you take your registration and your Id into the parts department they can cut a new key for you, not sure on the cost but then you would need to do a relearn which you can do yourself just check YouTube for how to videos. If you need the keyless entry fob for it as well you can get them cheap online but then the dealer would have to program it both of these methods save you money.
We are requiring masks upon entry. We have signs posted stating so and also requiring social distancing according to CDC suggestions. We have sanitizer placed throughout the building. We require our employees to sanitize their hands and work area as recommended by the CDC.

4:30 today I believe. You can call them to get their exact time for weekends and such.. they have an automated msg that provides the times they open and close..

I don't believe you can return a used car that you bought because now you are not happy with it. Maybe you can trade it in or have someone take over the loan. Maybe call the dealership and see if they can trade it in for a different vehicle but I don't know if they can because of the financing company.
An appointment is not necessary, it can sometimes speed things up a bit if they know you are coming in. You can drop off vehicles for maintenance/repair anytime
