Def check the battery cables and grounds these trucks are known to have ground problems, sometimes the cables make look ok but they can be bad inside (corroded)

Sounds like deade battery this would cause the clicking and your clockto reset everytime you try to start the vehicle you drain the power from battery.

Check batery, or cables to see if tight or have corrosion.
