Hello Shawnita, be sure your friend gives your name during their first donation. After they have two successful donations, your referral bonus will be added to your card when you come into the center again to donate.
After the second donation that they do it should automatically be loaded onto your card. If there's any issues ask the staff and they should be able to do it manually Make sure they mention that you're referring them when they set up their first donation.
