I called 4 times and each time a different female hung up on me. I asked for an appointment the hung up, I asked to be transferred they hung up, I asked for information they hung up! That's just the staff. I'm terrified to see how careless the physicians are. 0 stars!

This clinic has inefficient staff, one goes for some blood tests and they say we will call you for the results and they never call to give you the results, what if you are in very poor health and they don't even call to let you know! bad very bad service these STARMED clinics give.

StarMed, Freemore, 4001 Tuckaseegee Rd, Charlotte, NC 28208 - Worst experience ever. Went for my kids COVID vaccination with an appointment and was told by the supervisor that they don’t have the vaccine in stock, already consumed whatever was available. How come they finish up the stock when they have an appointment? This kind of service is not expected from StarMed.
