Great service! We were attended by Barbie first at the front desk and then Cynthia. My girlfriend was throwing up and feel very nauseous. I explained to Barbie the situation where we were previously at a urgent care but the medicine they gave my gf was not good enough. My gf has had something like this happen to her before so she was hoping she could get a shot for her nausea since she could not even stomach a pill. Cynthia who I think may have been the doctor or PA pulled us aside shortly after explaining that they don’t have the shot we needed and recommended we go to the ER. Barbie was so kind to print out directions to which ER they recommended that wouldn’t be packed with people. I am not that type of person to make many reviews but I truly appreciated the concern over my gfs health!! We were able to go quickly to the ER and get what we needed :). Thank you very much!

Our experience at the Arboretum Urgent care was quite good. The wait was a bit longer than the time indicated on the website, but otherwise, all went well. The staff was friendly and patient with my children - especially the nurse, who had to try multiple times to get a throat sample from my daughter, due to some anxiety fueled hesitation and resistance. (She’s had some unpleasant experiences.) Doctor Carlos Bolden was excellent. He was kind, attentive and respectful. He was able to gently disagree with “my diagnosis” of my daughter’s condition, explaining his reasons and still listening to mine. In the end he was correct and I was mistaken, but I still left feeling heard and valued - a rare combination. I would definitely recommend this location to others, and plan to return whenever needed.

Had a great experience here when I took my daughter to get a cyst looked at. The doctor was super professional and helped us immensely. After our visit they even provided us with a pamphlet that went over everything wanted to know, and did t want to know lol, about cysts. It was nice to get some scientific/medical info that we could take home and read to learn how to avoid this in the future. We went back for a check up a few days later, saw the same doctor and had an excellent visit again. Great place and highly recommend!

Absolute joke of an urgent care. No cars or people but you will wait a calendar year to be seen. Absolutely horrendous
