Ya Gurl “4C” Explores
Everyone was so kind and patient. Although I really wasn't feeling good at all my experience was so warm and welcoming. I didn't feel shamed for having a cough or sneeze. Got some much needed rest and treatment. Forever grateful to the staff on S. Tryon in Charlotte, NC thank you so much

The staff was rude and dismissive , we just left because they did not want to help us and didn’t have any sympathy towards our situation . Do not recommend ! Just go to the emergency care at Atrium across the road.

I went here on a Sunday - 7.10.22 - and was able to be seen right away. Peggy helped at the front desk by texting me, trying to get my insurance sorted. Vishta was a great and personable medical assistant, asked good questions. And for the life of me I cannot remember my PA’s name, I believe his name started with a J, but he was a good listener, and with his insight and what he prescribed, helped me feel better. Thank you to the great team here! I will come again if I ever need to.

Usually go to Atrium but went here since it had availability. Would rather wait two days for atrium than go back to Novant. Rude and short af. Order wrong prescriptions, wouldn’t answer the pharmacist calling to correct, and hung up on me when I tried to call to have prescriptions corrected.
