I had a appointment for my daughter at 10:40 I arrived at 10:40 for me to walk in at 10:45. The reception at the desk told me that he didn't see a appointment made then he sent me across the street just for me to find out i was at the right place. When I return to the urgent care they took my daughter off the schedule and had us waiting for 2hours. I have seen people walk in with no appointments and get seen before us. I have a sick 2 year old baby girl who has a fever and is coughing so bad she was vomiting. They will never see us again.
