The worse apartment I ever lived in. Roaches roaches and more roaches. No matter how much I clean. No matter how much I put down traps or spray they are still in my apartment and it’s getting worse. The pipes are leaking under my sink which I’ve called about 3 times and they refuse to fix. My AC unit is leaking as well. Both are causing bugs to be attracted to my apartment. The tub is peeling and cuts my feet if I’m not careful when I shower. MOLD like crazy. Neighbors are so loud and unruly I’ve called about them several times front office staff does nothing. The front office workers are so nonchalant and will rush you off the phone the 1 out 10 times they actually answer the phone. Oh and did I mention … ROACHES. Disgusting apartment. Never ever move here

The front office was unable to process my application because they require either a W-2 or 1099 as proof of income, and I receive a K-1. When informed of this, the front office assured they would refund the $50 application fee and $99 reservation fee as they had not begun to process the application. It has been 10 (edit - actually, it was 13) days, and they've not replied to my emails and will not pick up the phone. Edit: The office contacted me very soon after writing this review. They said they had processed the refund, but it would take 45 (!) days to post in my account. (I've never heard of it taking nearly that long. I know my card usually processes refunds in 3 days or fewer once received from the vendor.) They said they would confirm this in writing during the business day. They did not. Incidentally, chargeback limits are 30 days on most credit cards. Go figure! I can't imagine how long it takes them to process a maintenance request...

The neighbors are unclean. Leaving trash and belongings in the stairway. The amount of people that live in the apartment across from me far exceeds the max for a two bedroom apartment. They have had the cops at their door multiple times. There are issues with roaches and bedbugs, even with scheduled extermination. I had someone try to break into my apartment. The sheet rock was knocked off of the wall. I called emergency help and they just screwed my entire door shut. for days instead of fixing the door. It's many other stories too. The apartments were recently sold and there is currently a new management team. They seem to be doing alright. However, I just received a lease renewal and there is $500 monthly increase. There is no need for any staff to try an reach out to "resolve" any matters. Nor will a an apology be necessary. If you can do better go elsewhere.

I am a single woman and was placed in a building where the people that live upstairs have small, loud and unruly children. The other residents could care less about the appearance of the doorway and staircase and use the area as a trash can. There has been a hole in my bathroom wall for months that maintenance continues to tell me. That’s a job for a contractor. Where when will one be booked and sent to repair this pipe and hole in the wall! I’m not sure why we are charged so many fees when there is no consistency in any positive of upkeep and they have the audacity to charge over $900 to live in these poorly kept tiny apartments.
