I have lived here probably longer than most. I came when Honey Brook was privately owned until present. I have never been disappointed. The present property manager is spectacular. She handles everything with the utmost care and respect. I cannot think of one thing I have called for that was not handled swiftly and correctly. Marcie, has proven to be more than some one just sitting behind a desk to process your rent check, she actually cares about the people and shows it in her personality and quickness with your issues. It is a pleasure living in a small complex with a team of people that make you smile when you see them. If you looking for that...this is your place, I love it! Adriene

Live here a few years, my old apartment piping needed to be replaced so they moved my apartment closer to the playground to put me in an “updated” apartment! The “updated”apartment had termites in the walls mold in the bathroom. The maintenance man painted over top of the mold .... Still not sure if the termites are gone. The fridge leaked horribly.... instead of bringing a new one they would blow in a tube and it would help it for a day .... There’s bees in the steps. I’ve killed a few trying to leave my apartment. The rental lady is horrible! Her attitude is not the best. She is in there sometimes and sometimes she isn’t She brings her kids to work. She lies about putting work orders in. And never does. Just a big mess. I went to talk to her about the things wrong in my apartment and her response was “well you a month to month if you don’t like it leave” Originally the neighborhood was amazing :) We have had maybe 5 rental office lady’s since November or December... Go figure Unless you want to deal with mold termites bees and a disrespectful landlord .... R U N *updated* I’ve let my concerns be heard nothing happens. It means nothing if the work orders are closed and nothing is being done. Now continue to do nothing in your office.
