Staff is amazing, polite, professional and very knowledgeable of their services. With moving from North Carolina to Virginia and not knowing anything about the area, they were great in being patient as well as communicating all the info for my move by phone and email. Their professionalism and courtesy was more than I amazing and extremely welcoming. Thanks to KiKi and Ashley for being superstars.

I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1. I don’t even know where to begin. Community is beautiful. Apartments, not so much. Pool is beyond disgusting. Front office staff is the worst. They’re never on time. They leave early with no notice. They basically come and go as they please and tend to forget about their tenants or potential tenants, especially on the weekends. Rent is ALWAYS paid on time, but in my entire rental history, especially with apartments, you were always given a grace period, after day 5, rent is considered late and late fees apply. They have no grace period here. You either pay on the 1st or your SOL. One of the maintenance workers, Damal is the worst. I never see him doing much of anything but sitting in his car on the phone or in the shop. Corporate was here a few weeks ago and I wish I could have told them what really goes on because I am sure they would not be too happy. My lease can’t end fast enough.

I have been living here since 2018 and management has changed several times. The rent goes up and it’s not worth it anymore. I can’t wait until my lease is up. Dogs use the bathroom everywhere and nothing is done about it. Guests come and stay and take the parking spots in front of the buildings and people who actually live here has to park away from their buildings. The trash compactor was broke for months but they did have a big container but people was still putting trash on the ground. It was a very ugly site when coming into the complex. There are no type of renovations being done in the apartments that could justify the amount of rent that is being charged. Rent is due on the first and late after the first. It use to that it was late after the 3rd. I pay my rent on time each month but it feels like the ones who pays on time are getting penalized by the ones who are not paying because of COVID. Really can’t wait for the lease to be over. Hopefully some things will change so I might reconsider staying.
Enjoying Life
Reasons for renting/leasing an apartment vary from waiting for your house to be built, temporary housing, or apartment life is what you prefer. You look for easy access to places to shop, entertainment, restaurants.... Additional bonuses are a quiet neighborhood, maintenance that are friendly and explain what is the issue and how it will be fixed, office staff that keeps you informed - especially during this time we live in - and a place that you can come home to at the end of the day and feel safe. Yes, some units are a little older than others, but the management staff takes great ownership in responding and works hard to resolve any issues. I have lived here going on 4 years and continue to live here and rate it 5 stars because when you deal with a large complex as this and the vast number of residents that live here, the management staff and maintenance staff treat you like you are the only resident here. If your standards are high and expect a level of service that is above and beyond and are looking for a place to live, this is a great place to call home.
