VERY POOR MANAGEMENT Move in date was pushed back a whole month due to no maintenance work done to my future apartment unit. Was finally able to move in (11/01/21) after a month to NO maintenance work done whatsoever. I called and called and even showed up to the office on multiple occasions due to no one putting in effort on my apartment unit and still no answer or actions were taken. Not even a follow up. Here it is almost January 2022 and only two of my issues were solved. The most urgent issues that I have should have been completed before I moved in. But I didn't know that would be the case. If calling and paying outside companies and services is the answer, then so be it. As a new tenant, no one should have to worry about any complications on their first day. It's sad if I do say so myself. Village at the Arbors need to do better if they want to keep their tenants.

I give the 1star rating because for the past 24hrs no one has answered the phone. A prerecorded message comes on and says “sorry we have stepped away from the desk”. How long will a person be away from the desk? I have even left a voicemail to still no one returning my phone call.Thank you so much for your feedback, Cindy.
