I love walking into a Crate and Barrel store. The variety of items you can buy, all in good taste. I always walk out with something. The clerks are all helpful.

Very poor quality control. We ordered a dresser for our baby's nursery and waited 2 months to receive a defective dresser with scratches and drawers that wouldn't close fully. When we asked to an exchange it took cb another 2.5 months to get the exchange done as they were out of stock of item. When they finally brought the new dresser it was worse than the 1st one. This is not acceptable. You buy from crate and barrel thinking they have good quality control/customer service and delivery but very disappointing to say the least.

So if you have never been here than you are not missing much. The stuff here feels very old fashioned and the prices are SUPER EXPENSIVE! I saw an office chair here for over a thousand dollars. They also have knife sets for around that same price...and the quality does not match the price. Literally the same quality things can be bpught elsewhere for a tenth of the price and probably better quality!
