Sydney took me on a tour, she was lovely and answered all my questions along with giving me all the information on the apartments and amenities. In short she was extremely helpful and hospitable. There is so many amenities, and the rent is really good in my opinion because of everything offered. Rooms even come with some furniture. Thank you Sydney!

Sierra Campbell

This is a nice place to live for anyone whom commute nearby downtown Richmond. It's a bonus you have your own bathroom, so you don't have to share with your roommate. As well as the staff at the leasing office were always nice and patient. One of the staffs are CODA, the child of deaf adults whom can sign, it is refreshing to have somebody at the office that can provide me accessibility without issues.
