The room was clean and quiet! The gentleman at the front Brian was extremely polite and courteous. Me and the girlfriend will certainly stay here our next visit to short pump.

All the staff were extremely kind. The room was tidy and clean. They served a delicious breakfast other than the eggs which were just a bit too salty for my taste. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again.

Beyond heartbroken and furious. We stayed here for the night traveling from New Jersey for a cheer competition. As we’re driving home (only about a half hour in) I realized I left a bag of clothes. The clothes contained a good amount of T-shirt’s from her past competitions, because we always purchase a shirt for the memory. I called the front desk and he tells me there was a jacket left from my room. I had all of my jackets, so I told him I only left the bag. He checked again and said yes I have the bag. We drive back, because of how important these items were, and we get to the hotel and it’s someone else’s jacket in the bag! I also don’t see how someone can mistaken a bag of clothes as trash either so there isn’t an excuse for why this would happen. So incredibly heartbroken for my 10 year old daughter.
