My experience in March 2022 is that NO ONE is usually in the office. Consequently, there’s NO ONE to answer the phone or your questions. Furthermore, the response time to my messages-3 were null and void. I had to escalate my issues to upper management. My move in date DID NOT reflect the day in which I did the application on line. So I was charged for the day before the actual utilization of their services. Thus far I am NOT impressed with them whatsoever!! I’m always going to be bothered by the fact that I feel that they CHEATED ME!! A company that is not willing to EAT $13 that they Know I didn’t use, is a company that has NO INTEGRITY and one which personally I will NEVER use again, nor will I recommend them to anyone!! In the end- I hope that they are satisfied with over charging me, but they ultimately loose!!!
