CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. I spent over $2300 and had to get assembly done by them, but not only do they not follow-up with orders as they promised to call back, but these people in this location DO NOT PICK UP their phones! Am I supposed to drive 20-30 minutes to ask a question about my order status?? Just when I am able to get someone on the phone, they put my on hold and hang up. If you need to buy quickies, then it's okay. If you have an issue with your order, be ready to drive there in person.

Horrible experience! I took my two year old for what was supposed to be a short errand to the Sheila Lane location. It took 45 LONG MINUTES after my purchase to get 2 bags of mulch. I first waited in a long line, because they have only one cashier in the store, and I needed mulch. The garden center door was closed, so I asked will someone get me mulch? I was told that yes, someone would get it and load it. My child and I waited in front of the garden center and no one came. I had to get my two year old out of her car seat in the heat to get help for us. An employee watering plants went to get someone for me. No one came once again. Employees in the garden center area worked, as I was looking in and standing with my child, but no one apparently works as a cashier or loader here. No one answered the phone when I called the store number. I had to drive back to the main entrance and get my hot, hungry, and cranky child out of the car again. I wanted to get a refund and never come back and asked for a manager but an employee said he’d get our mulch. 45 minutes after I had bought it we got it in the car and finally left. This is unacceptable. This store is by my house, and I come here a lot, but this was not okay.

I was very impressed with the young man's service.. I told him I need something to trim my hedges but I'm on a very tight budget so nothing to costly,. He understood very well what I was saying so he did get me something that was very very reasonable and within my budget but I decided to take something that cost a little more but anyway doing the course of him searching for me we held a very good conversation about garden work.. I decided what I wanted the young man carried my chainsaw to the counter checked it out and carried it to the car I really appreciate that extra help.

Home Depot has a truck rental service, Lowe's does not.
There are multiple choices in order to answer that question. Dimensions, type of manufacturing material preferred, pre- existing mounting requirements, condition of existing mounting location, etc. Call Lowe's to send out an estimator or contact Home Advisor.
