Lived here for a year and a half. Ada Martinez and the maintenance guys were always incredible to me with whatever I needed. All service requests I put in were always solved by the next day, and in the later half of my time there, they would even arrive within the hour of me submitting it. Never had a pest problem, A/C and Heat always worked, always had hot water, and only experienced two very brief power outages. Never had any surprise inspections, they always gave ample notice. I had parking right in front of my unit 99/100 times, and there were plenty of parking around the complex for me if I didn’t have space directly in front of my unit. The complex was clean and well taken care of. If I had any negatives, the walls are thin but it’s really only an issue if it’s dead silent in your unit and your neighbors are yelling or if kids are running up and down the stairs. Also the stove doesn’t have a fume hood, so that’s something to keep in mind. The property says cats only, but you might see some dogs anyways. Didn’t bother me, many were inoffensive small dogs that wouldn’t make any noise or anything, but there was a very big dog that barked a lot in one of the units, don’t know how that was allowed but it didn’t really affect me. I can definitely see how someone’s experience may vary wildly based on their neighbors, but what apartment complex isn’t? I don’t ever leave reviews, but I don’t think I could have had a better rental experience for my first time, especially for the price, and I feel this one is deserved.

This is the worst place you can rent from! Ada Martinez harassed me every single day and told me that she’s going to make sure that I get put out. The sad thing about it is it’s just me and my 9 month old daughter. Her dad is incarcerated so his belongings is packed in a box for him because he told me to hold his stuff for when he come home. They just assumed that he stay here because of his things and they described him so well and never seen him and that’s how I can tell they were looking on my personal Facebook account. Everyday she find something so I can get put out. I did nothing to her. When I told her about the bumping and the issues I’ve had with my neighbor she shrugged her shoulders and told me to take it up with the police. She do not like me and is trying to get me put out. As long as she work here, don’t move here!
