I have been without air conditioning for a week and the maintenance only come to see and do nothing it is too much that they do not care that we have a baby suffering from this heat. but if we spend a day without paying the rent they already send extra chargesHello Jason, We are sorry you are having issues with an AC in your unit. AC outages are considered an emergency and are handled on the same day if Temps outside are above 75 degrees, which in this case they would be. We looked to follow up on this request and we were unable to find you as a lease holder or authorized occupupant. First of be careful with MAINTENANCE they will steal from you i had a problem when my AC broke down for a whole week he came in to "fix it" he ended up taking money from my purse got caught and gave my money back !
