I been here about 2 months the place is lovely. I like the view outside has a nice ramp. I love how friendly the neighbors are, Maintenance are quick to repair 👨🔧 follow directions great. Property manager is so understanding I never had a issue with response. I love ❤️ these apartments I feel so safe here and I’m not going anywhere no time soon.

I put in my application in November of 2021, had to re upload new income information, paid a holding fee and was told a apartment would be available early April it’s now May!! The leasing agents here are by far the worst I’ve ever encountered!!! FALSE ADVERTISING and POOR COMMUNICATION through this whole process I had to initiate contact by going to the leasing office for updates on my application because they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMAILS !! I would like my $90 holding fee refunded asap !!!! Thank God I didn’t terminate my current lease else I would have been homeless, I guess it’s a good thing that I won’t be leasing at this property. WHAT A SHAME 👎🏽

I hate to do this. Can somebody please contact me or give me some kind of update? I sent in the requested information and was advised that Denise would send me a confirmation email back once it was sent over. I sent that (for the 3rd time its been requested since applying) and still have not received an update. I have called in over 20 times with no answer, and I have sent follow up emails with no response. At this point the details that I have is that my application is in the final phase of approval, which is the exact same thing they said the other times they asked me to send it. I was advised that the apartments are ready and that people have been moving in according to when they submitted their details and were approved. My application was approved in 2021, but since it took so long, they had to re-upload new documents so they can be within the correct time frame for a new "final approval". I have done everything they have asked and I know everything qualifies, yet I still don't get any responses from them. I have been worrisome, I will admit, because my lease ended here in November of 2021, which is when I was originally supposed to be moving to Port City. I since then have been paying an additional $200 per month to be allowed to stay in my current apartment. Port City reps advised me in December that the apartments were not even done being built and that there was no estimated time of completion. Since then, the communication has been very shady. I have paid the holding fee, so it's not like they don't know I am ready. I honestly feel that my calls are being ignored. It puts a bad taste in my mouth because these are the staff that I have to get help from. I don't want to put the blame on anyone in particular because I know they are trying to help everyone out. I do, however, feel very undervalued and unappreciated as an upcoming resident. I have been articulate, urgent, and very upbeat when I have spoken on the phone with all the team members, so I am truly not sure what is going on. I simply want to pay Port City my hard earned money each month so I can enjoy a better quality of life than I currently have. I don't know where I am going wrong with that.

I’ve lived here going on 3 years since they’ve opened and have never experienced any major issues until this past year. I’m not sure if there is a disconnection between the office and maintenance or what but it’s nearly impossible to place a work order with them. When you finally get a chance to place one it takes forever for someone to come to your home. On top of that the office never answers the phone, return calls, or respond to emails. The only person who actually helps anyone out is the manager, she’s super nice and prompt everyone else is terrible.

It's determined by your income. They have different rooms for different price ranges, more space = more $$$. So they match you up with a room that you can afford, one that's not above or below your pay grade.
Yes they are
