Paper thin walls. You virtually live with your neighbors. The noise level is outrageous. Worst rental decision I've ever made. Over priced, filthy ghostly pool, broken gym equipment that never gets fixed - so forget the amenities, there are none. I can't wait to move - counting the days.

It was great until Genesis property took over for management. The property managers are disorganized and rude and don’t know how to help you with anything. They make you call and get in touch with a third party for maintenance requests and rent payments and generally make it hard to get anything resolved.

My two bedroom right now is 892. That's the not renovated one. Prices are going up this year due to new management. Not by much though. Call main office, theyll go over options. Depends on if you get the view of the city or not that can make a difference
