I come here pretty often for both the cafe and market. I highly recommend union market if your around the area looking for a quick lunch. Their food is always fresh and yummy! The after work crowd is large if the weather is nice. The market is great is you’re looking for a fun/unique brew or wine. I also buy their sodas and energy drinks often.

The waitstaff is the reason I'll keep coming back, so welcoming. The food (I had a tuna melt & chips, they had pastrami & greens) and cider was delicious and the music made me want to stay a little longer. This can easily become a weekly spot.

Friendly staff, food was amazing. Got the chicken tarragon sandwich which had one of the best sauces i’ve ever had on a sandwich. Au Jus for the french dip sandwich was awesome. Best lunch in Richmond.
Horror Business
Food was good. I wish brunch ran a bit later. They were still serving mimosas and whatnot but I would have loved a breakfast burrito. Ended up getting a chicken ceasar wrap, which was very good. Decent food and beer selection. I'll definitely try to make it earlier for a shot at actual brunch food.

They are limiting the number of people inside at any given time, they have hand sanitizer at the entrance/exit, everyone is masked (employees and shoppers), there is plexiglass between the checkout and shopper, and they are doing as much no touch as possible. For the cafe side, everything is outside with heat lamps and similar precautions. Honestly, it is one of the places I have felt safest! They are doing a great job!
Hi, Susan! Yes, we regularly stock Potter’s Grapefruit Hibiscus bottles on the shelf and in the cooler. It’s delicious!
