This place is around the corner from my home. I went in last month with a terrible chest infection. First round of medication didn't work, so I had to go back in for a follow up and try new medication. Both visits were terribly disappointing. The first NP never made eye contact or showed any empathy. The second NP tried to tell me it was just long COVID while writing my symptoms on a paper towel. I have to have another medical issue looked at today and I would rather drive 20 minutes out of the way to go to Canandaigua than go to this branch again. Quality control is clearly an issue since these bad reviews date back over a year and URMC has had the time since this location was closed last year to evaluate. Real shame.

It the worse place to go I got in a room at 1 and its 230 and still no one has came in to see my wife it is bull and they are not busy I will never come here again bad people and dont even come in and tell you anything or ask if your ok or even if you need anything if you need to be seen go to the new one on 5& 20 IN Canandaigua way better service and they get you in and out never again will I come here every time it's the same thing

There is a gynocologist in the same building. Walk in the door take a left towards the girls bathroom, go passed the girls bathroom and it's the door to your right. At least there was one there in 2016.
The lab is not open at Farmington UC on the weekends but the one in Victor across from Auction Direct on Route 96 has Saturday morning hours.
Thompson Health is out of network for some Empire Plans, and it has been our experience in the past that their plan (Prefix YLS) does not cover Urgent Care visits. We would be glad to submit the bill and let the insurance company determine the coverage for their visit.
You will need to go to your sons physician. Some schools provide physicals for students.
