I love living here! I live in one of the older townhouse models which are still quite nice and extremely well taken care of. Theresa the property manager is so pleasant and truly concerned with her residents enjoying where they live. Maintenance is prompt, landscaping is well taken care of, and overall other residents are friendly and quiet. I have rented many a place in the past 10 years and this one tops them all. I actually feel at home here and don't see myself leaving any time in the near future.

Varies depending on what Phase. And yes. But be careful living there I highly recommend looking elsewhere
