We just purchased a new RV about a week ago at a substantial cost. This is our second. There were several important issues with it upon delivery. Parts we had purchased had not been installed. Our outside fridge does not work. We had to calk our own shower stall. We only have partial electric working on one slide. One of our blackout shades is damaged and needs to be replaced. I hate to give them a bad review, but sometimes a company just gets a bit too busy with new sales and tends to ignore existing customers who have already purchased. We just cannot seem to get a service person to our site to fix these issues, even though they may have set a date earlier. They just cancel on the day we expect them to show up. I would rate them very poorly when it comes to service and wish we had a better option.
