They have been maintaining my pool for a few years now and have done a fantastic job! I have not had to touch chemicals, or vacuum it at all. The water is spotless and they are very punctual. The service has been so good I have also purchased a hot tub from them.

I have dealt with Krossber pool and spas for years. I would only recommend them if you were looking for a pool,spa or any kind of services for them. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Mike my go to guy!!! But everyone there is great🤗

Kind of a meh experience not to exciting after the purchase. The excitement was quickly dissipated and turned to many weeks of frustration trying to get the pool installed.if I only knew then what I know now I probably wouldn’t have done it. We’ll give Carl’s pools a try. The installer and his team did a very good job. On the other hand what you say when buying the pool is nothing like what happens. So maybe you and the installer need to get together and be on the same page because in our case it’s making you look bad.
