Just had our Generic home generator installed yesterday and couldn't be more thrilled. The installation team arrived at 8am right on time. I have to credit Mark and Wayne who kept us up to date with the install and made sure the controlled circuits covered our must haves during a power failure. To our delight we were able to have several other circuits operational pretty much covering our entire house. Will (and already) recommend HPS with their Generic generators to anyone wanting peace of mind and power in their home during outages.

The entire organization is outstanding. Right from the first phone call, answered by Rory, Jeff coming here to explain everything that could be offered and what would be the right generator and where to place it , to the installation crew, to the completion of the installation, everything went perfectly. This is a company that tells you straight what they can do and then they do what they say, on time and with no surprises. The installation crew was amazing. Mark, Wayne, Woody, Andrew and Evan were on time, polite, professional and respectful. They introduced themselves including what their role was for the installation! It took us a while to decide to invest in a generator. Home Power Systems made it easy. Shawn the project manager came to the house to see what we needed and to give us a quote. Generac had a warranty that was a real deal. Shawn said they would handle everything and they did. The only job we had was to clear the area of brush. Shawn arrived on Aug 30 at 8am with Mark, Steve and Woody. They were great, keeping us informed when the power would be out, the finish the job before noon. They left the site clean and neat. Mark was very good at explainng everything to us before he left. These guys were great and now we have peace of mind. I would certainly recommend Home Power Systems.
